 Does your office need a phone? 


Do you need to contact your students, work supervisor, or make telephone calls as part of your TA or sessional lecturer assignment? Do you need access to Safewalk or emergency services? 

You are entitled to have access to a phone in your office to do your work and ensure your safety. If you don't have access to a phone, make a request to have one installed.

If you notice URGENT hazards (e.g., snow removal, ice, power/heating issues) around campus please do not stay silent! Contact: (519) 824-4120 x 53854 between 8:15 am – 4:30 pm and x 52245 after hours to get these resolved!

Campus Community Police would like to remind everyone to stay safe this winter season and download the SAFEGryphon Safety App for your smartphones. With this app, you can receive PUSH notifications on your phone about campus emergencies, snow days, campus closures etc. even when the app is not running. Other features include a flashlight and personal safety alarms and much more!

 A message for International Teaching Assistants 



Income tax returns for international students will be completed through the Office of Intercultural Affairs (OIA) from March to April. More details on tax returns will be coming soon. If you have any questions please contact: international@cupe3913.on.ca

Another International Teaching Assistant social mix is being planned for the Winter semester. Please be on the lookout for that!
